Thank you for shopping with FourLovers. We value your satisfaction and are here to help if you’re not fully happy with your purchase.


 

Returns


We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging;

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


To start your return, please contact us at geral@fourlovers.com.


Once approved, your return must be sent to:

We will then send you:

• A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable);

• Clear instructions on how to package and ship your item.


Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.




Return Conditions by Region

• International Orders (Over 150€): One free return included.

• Portugal: Returns and exchanges are allowed, but return shipping costs apply.


All returns must follow the conditions described above.




Non-returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants);

• Custom or personalized products;

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics);

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases;

• Sale items and gift cards.


If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before initiating the process.




Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend the following:

1. Return the original item;

2. Place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.


This is the fastest and most effective way to process exchanges.




European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order was delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.


Items must be returned in unused condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.




Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.


If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
